- 1 Avocado, peeled and cored
- 2 cloves peeled garlic
- 1 jalapeno, seeds removed and chopped
- Juice of 1 lime
- 1/4 tsp cumin powder
- 1 cup of chopped cilantro
- 1/4 cup Greek yoghurt
- salt and pepper to taste
